E341iii (tricalcium phosphate) is a mineral salt made from calcium and phosphate. It's added to foods as an anti-caking agent, stabiliser or emulsifier, and in beverages it helps keep ingredients from clumping or separating. It's essentially the same mineral found in bones and teeth, and typical food use levels are far below any amount of concern.
