Why it matters
Orange is a fruit, not a manufactured additive. In food it's eaten fresh, juiced, or used as a flavor and source of vitamin C and fiber. In the body it's just food: sugars, fiber, water, vitamins (especially vitamin C) and plant compounds get digested normally. Almost nobody needs to worry about eating oranges as part of a normal diet.
