Why it matters
"Succo di frutta da concentrato mela" is Italian for "fruit juice from concentrate, apple." Apple concentrate is made by removing most of the water from pressed apple juice, then adding water back later to reconstitute it, or using it directly as a concentrated sweetener/flavoring in other foods and drinks.
